Does anyone know how to get the original to work properly? In-game it works for me fine, but with all cinematic cutscenes it slogs to a crawl and there are some sound issues during these cutscenes as well. I am using a first-gen Ryzen CPU with a Vega 64 GPU.

The names and the places are read by Japanese accents(hiragana), so English version may be nearer to original its names.
