Hi, Rachel! I use that photo from your family room on a couple of our websites, too. Don’t forget to have us come out often. Pet urine is not simply soiling, it’s carpet damage.

I’m laughing out loud to be blogging with the carpet cleaning company. I hope you didn’t e-mail me because mine was the worst pet damage job you guys ever did. I’ll be honest. My husband said your Pet Urine 101 was the bunk and your carpet cleaners were just trying to get money from us. I’m glad I won that disagreement, because we got our full deposit back when we moved out. I’ll be honest again. Chester is doing it at our new place, too. I’ll be calling you soon.

OK, I’m not a big blog guy, but I like that you started one for the company. When I worked for the big national chain carpet cleaning company, we didn’t even carry the right products on our trucks. They simply don’t buy it or provide it. We had no opportunityt to do the job properly. They told us to just wet and jet. I always drove away fast, knowing I’d just put the customer in a world of hurt.
